Mini Ham
Our mini ham is the leanest ham we have which means you don’t need to boil it & do have to be careful with roasting for very long, or it will dry. In fact, this particular ham is best served cold with horseradish.
If you heat it, do so gently. No more than 325 degrees covered tightly in foil (roasting pan should have 2 inches of water or cola or ginger ale for moisture) for 10 minuets/pound. So no more than 30 minutes for our mini hams.
Please remember - our specialty gel ice packs are guaranteed to keep the temperature below 42F up to 72 hours. After this time we can not take any responsibility for the quality of foods being shipped.
